We understand not everybody has access to a printer - If you're unable to print the returns form, please handwrite a note detailing your order number and the action you would like taken (refund/exchange/replacement) - Please just ensure you ship it to the returns address, that is located at the bottom of the form.

12 month returns policy
We are happy to offer a 12 month returns policy!
We are aware that people will buy a bargain, out of season product, and not use it for a few months, or buy a gift for somebody, that doesn't get opened for a month or two.
So if you buy a bargain light-set, or a thermal jersey in the summer months and don't get it out of the drawer until mid-winter, you may find you want something different, so, just return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that the products are sent back to us, in the original packaging and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them.
If you're not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us and as long as the item hasn’t been fitted or used, we are happy to receive it back for a refund.

We reserve the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However, once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24 hours. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team
The customer will cover the cost of the return postage unless, the item is being returned is as a result of our error, (damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc), in which case we will refund Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike for any reason, you would need to arrange the return carriage and you will be liable for the condition of the bike on the return journey. Please contact us for any further queries.

If your purchase isn't everything you expected it to be (sizing etc) and you wish to exchange an item the simplest and quickest thing to do is place a brand new order for your new item and return the old one to us for a full refund.
Please contact us before returning warranty items, our team can sometimes solve some problems, preventing unnecessary delays. Clothing and gloves returned for warranty must be laundered.
If a product is received in a display box, the box must not be tampered with in any way - please do not sellotape, write or stick anything to the box, as the box makes up a part of the product. If the box is tampered with or damaged we will not be able to issue a full refund, as the product will no longer be deemed as new or re-saleable. Please ensure when returning these kinds of items, you do not use the products display box as packaging for shipping.
SHOES & HELMETS
When returning shoes and helmets, please do not use the shoe/helmet box as a postage box. The shoe/helmet box makes up part of the product and if damaged, written on, or tampered with, we cannot refund or exchange. Shoe/helmet boxes must be complete and unmarked.
SUNGLASSES AND LENSES
Please note this agreement excludes perishable goods such as energy food, drinks and supplements, and due to health & safety reasons also excludes respro masks.
